The competition wins tell an accurate story: Best Independent Coffee Shop and Best Multi-Site Operator at the London Coffee Festival in 2025, then the multi-site award again in 2026. Winning both categories in the same year — one for the quality of a single venue, one for managing quality across 10 — is unusual. Most brands do one or the other well. The direct trade structure is the underlying reason.
